Putting The Dance Back Into Romance
Extravagant gestures or boxes of chocolates, expensive bobbles or just a smile and some hand holding; we all have our different ways of expressing what we want to, when we want to, in our dating. What is romantic to one person is mundane to another and some couples seem practically cold in their affections next to the constant love-dove-isms of others. But who is to say what is romance and how much or how little of it we should put into our lives, loves and even look for on our dating sites.
One would normally think people looking on a site like www.sexsearch.com or other portals of specific dating populations seemingly looking for…sex, that romance would be in short supply. But as we all know, anywhere men and women, or women and women or gay men and gay men-sexsearch caters to all preferences-come together to meet and mingle the possibility of romance exists. It is simply up to the couple to determine how little or how much they want in the way of their intimacy or to fuel it. When it comes to understanding what amount of romance works for one person and not another, if any at all, the entire romantic notion is subjective at best regardless of gender, age and ethnicity and what anyone might be looking for on any specific site.
Critics of online dating argue that the digital realm kills romance. That all the sterile surfing, video viewing, chatting and long waits to actually meet someone kills the usual way we had of courting someone we met, of interacting with them during our first furtive stages face-to-face. But man-and woman-is an animal that acclimates quickly and we know how to search for and bring about romance across a site like sex search if we want as much as when we are sitting across from someone and take their hand and whisper sweet romantic notions in their ear or lay a bunch of roses in their lap.
